I wanted to share that my husband and I have been buying and selling real estate for 28 years. Over those years we have done business with many agents. Nick was truly one of the best!
We were looking to selling an inexpensive, undeveloped piece of land that we had in eastern Washington. Since we live on the other side of the state we needed an agent but didn't known any in the area. I did a Google search just like you are doing today, and saw that Nick had very good reviews. I called him and he answered his phone the first time, no call backs. He did a property analysis and got back to us in a day. We were headed over to the property to check on it before listing and and he took the time to meet us there on only a moments notice. He listed the property and I know he showed it several time over the weekend. He sold it in less than a week for over asking price. We couldn't be more pleased! My point being, he worked hard to list and show it even though it was an inexpensive piece of raw land. He treated the whole transaction as if it was a million dollar piece of property.
